Returns Policy


We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. 

However, should you wish to get a refund or exchange, please inform us via e-mail: customerservice@onefavourite.com with the subject ‘Return’.

We accept returns and exchange notices made within 14 days from when the order has been received by you.  We will not be able to refund you if the goods were sent out later than the given 14 days notice period.  Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Shoes must be returned in their original designer box, in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging as this is considered part of the product.  All footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.  We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used, or the box is marked/damaged.  In such cases, the item will be returned to you with no reimbursement.

Upon inspection of returned goods we will endeavor to process the refund within 30 days of receiving the goods back.  Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment.  

One Favourite can take no responsibility for the returned item/s until it has reached our offices safely.  We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.  Please try to use a trackable postage service.  We would advise to keep a note of the tracking number to provide proof of the return if necessary.

The return shipping fee must be covered by the customer.
